Mike Ghasemi is chief executive officer of PLUSXPERT. As such, he has the ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the company, including strategy, operations, finance, product engineering, marketing, and business development in Asia. The executive management team including each PLUSXPERT's country operation reports to Mike.

Prior to PLUSXPERT, Mike served as country sales manager for CIBER in Malaysia, a worldwide organization and SAP alliance partner focused on building business applications and related services to support SAP product set.

Previously he was the General Manager of AIC Berhad R&D division, responsible for product development, engineering design and providing CAD/CAM solutions. While at AIC, he played a key role in providing engineering design services and solutions to group manufacturing companies.

Mike is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (USA), Society of Manufacturing Engineers (USA), Australian Institute of Management, Malaysia Institute of Management, Singapore Institute of Management, and founder of Entrepreneurs Connection (EC) and Malaysia SAP User's Group (MSUG). Furthermore, he has conducted numerous seminars and training about enterprise resource planning, enterprise process improvement, manufacturing process, supply chain management, sales & marketing and having a sound command in distinct engineering solutions. Mike holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, MSc in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA from De Montfort University in UK.
