Marisa Thong, senior vice president and managing director, is responsible for overall operation in Malaysia, and reports directly to Mike Ghasemi, CEO of PLUSXPERT. She oversees sales, finance, customer support, marketing, professional services, and administration.

Marisa is also responsible for running PLUSXPERT‘s Learning and Development organization, and for driving employee satisfaction programs designed to retain and attract top talent graduates for the company's future expansion. Marisa also serves as a member of the company's executive committee.

Marisa is a strong advocate of building a leadership-centered culture. She also believes the culture of an organization is what drives the business. Marisa serves as a board director at both PLUSXPERT offices in Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to joining PLUSXPERT, Marisa served as the head of finance and administration for Zoom Blocks, where she led the human resources function - expanding training and development programs, managing financial accounting, and consulting on compensation and organizational development, as well as managing facilities and office operations. Prior to that, Marisa was the assistant manager for an entertainment agency, where she led the full range of internal operations.

In addition to Marisa's years of experience in HR, she has also led the communications and marketing functions for different high-tech organizations. Marisa holds a bachelor's degree in Business Management from USA.
