Allen de Boer is Public Relations Director of PLUSXPERT. He is responsible for developing and implementing PLUSXPERT overall strategic public relations programs including media relations, community relations, internal communications and investor relations. Allen also serves as a key member of the PLUSXPERT leadership team. He brings a strong track record of marketing communication and branding to the position.

Allen is a dynamic leader with more than 10 years experience in marketing, and public relationship management in the service sector. Prior to PLUSXPERT, Allen was managing director of an IT consulting company in Malaysia, an innovative organization focused on building customized business applications and related services for government and government-linked organizations.

Previously, he was appointed as a marketing consultant for Malaysia SME to promote and establish relationship with government linked companies in Middle East , Pakistan and India. In addition, Allen was an advisor to Malaysian Banks on SME non-performing loans. His vast overseas working experience includes Netherland , USA , Middle East , India , and Asia Pacific.

Allen was the cofounder of Malaysian Business Breakfast Club (MBBC), a business owners' only networking platform. Under his leadership, the club grew very quickly to 350 members, attracting especially non local and expatriate business owners in Malaysia. As his passion, Allen also conducts seminars and workshops on personal development, sales & marketing, and is cofounder of Entrepreneurs Connection.
